Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We understand plans can change! If you’ve just placed your order and need to update the delivery address, please contact us immediately via Live Chat or email.

We can only update your address before the order has been dispatched.
Once shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

For security reasons, we do not deliver to PO boxes or forwarding services.
