Can I exchange an item instead of getting a refund?

• The item you wish to exchange

• The model or item you’d like instead

We’ll confirm availability and provide return instructions. Once we receive your original item in unused condition, we’ll dispatch your replacement right away.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same return conditions as refunds.
