When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item at our Manchester returns centre, we aim to process your refund within 1–2 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 3–5 working days to reflect in your account.

If it’s been longer than 7 working days since your return was received and you haven’t seen your refund, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it immediately.
