What does the warranty cover?

Our 18-month warranty on refurbished devices covers hardware-related issues that may arise through normal use. This includes:


  • Motherboard or internal component failure

  • Faulty batteries (not caused by swelling or liquid damage)

  • Display or touchscreen faults

  • Charging port, speaker, or microphone issues

  • Camera or button malfunctions

What’s not covered:

  • Accidental or water damage

  • Screen cracks or scratches after delivery

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering

  • Software issues or password locks
