What does the warranty cover?
Our 18-month warranty on refurbished devices covers hardware-related issues that may arise through normal use. This includes:
Motherboard or internal component failure
Faulty batteries (not caused by swelling or liquid damage)
Display or touchscreen faults
Charging port, speaker, or microphone issues
Camera or button malfunctions
What’s not covered:
Accidental or water damage
Screen cracks or scratches after delivery
Damage caused by third-party repairs or tampering
Software issues or password locks
