How long does a warranty repair take?

Once we receive your device at our returns center, most warranty repairs are completed within 3–5 working days.

Here’s what to expect:

1. We inspect your device upon arrival

2. Repairs or replacements are processed within 3–5 working days

3. We’ll then ship your device back with Royal Mail Tracked 24, and send you a tracking number

If there are any delays (e.g., part availability), we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
