Is accidental damage covered under warranty?

Unfortunately, accidental damage is not covered under our 18-month warranty.

This includes:

• Cracked screens

• Water or liquid damage

• Impact or drop-related faults

• Damage caused by third-party repairs

We recommend using the free protection bundle (case + screen protector) included with every phone to help prevent these types of issues.
